1. Agreement to Terms

these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our
services. Aaru Balloons & Flowers Decoration reserves the right to modify these terms at any time

prior notice.
These terms apply to all customers, clients, and users of our website and services in Hyderabad and
surrounding areas.
2. Our Services
Aaru Balloons & Flowers Decoration offers comprehensive event decoration and flower services including:
- Event decoration and setup for parties, birthdays, and celebrations
- Fresh flower arrangements, bouquets, and floral designs
- Wedding decoration and mandap setup
- Corporate event services and shop opening decorations
- Gift hampers, chocolate bouquets, and custom gifts
- On-site decoration, installation, and setup services
- Theme-based party decorations and balloon arrangements
- Vehicle decoration and romantic room setups
Service details, availability, pricing, and specific requirements are provided on our website and in
quotations. All services are subject to availability and customer confirmation.
3. Booking & Reservation Policy
3.1 Booking Process
To book our services, you must:
- Fill out the booking form with accurate and complete information
- Receive and confirm a detailed quotation from our team
- Pay the required advance payment or deposit as per our payment schedule
- Receive a booking confirmation via email or phone
3.2 Advance Booking Requirements
We recommend booking at least:
- Standard Events (Birthdays, Anniversaries): 7-14 days in advance
- Weddings & Large Events: 30+ days in advance
- Corporate Events: 15-20 days in advance
- Same-Day Bookings: Subject to availability; additional charges of 20-30% may
apply
3.3 Venue Access & Requirements
You must ensure that:
- We have proper access to the venue for setup and decoration
- The venue has adequate space for our team and equipment
- You have the authority to use the venue
- All restrictions, permissions, and special requirements are communicated at booking
- Venue contact person is available on the day of the event
Additional charges may apply for:
- Venues located more than 15 km from our location (Quthbullapur)
- Difficult-to-access or multi-level venues
- Extended setup time or overtime services
Important: Confirming your booking implies that you have the authority to use the
venue and that all participants agree to our services being provided. You are responsible for
obtaining all necessary permissions and ensuring safe access for our team.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Structure
- Advance Payment: 50% of the total cost due at the time of booking (to confirm
reservation)
- Final Payment: Remaining 50% due 3 days before the event date
- Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Online Bank Transfer, or Cash
4.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways. We do not store credit card
details on our servers. Payment made is non-refundable once processed, except as per our refund
policy stated in Section 5.
4.3 Taxes & Additional Charges
All prices mentioned are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) as applicable in India. Additional
charges may apply for:
- Travel and transportation beyond 15 km from Quthbullapur
- Customized designs and special artistic requests
- Rush/emergency bookings or last-minute changes
- Extended setup time beyond 6 hours of standard service
- Late-night or early-morning event setups
- Premium flowers or imported materials (prices vary)
4.4 Late Payment Consequences
If the final payment is not received by the specified due date, Aaru Balloons & Flowers Decoration reserves the right to:
- Cancel the booking without further notice
- Forfeit the advance payment
- Not provide the services on the scheduled date
4.5 Price Changes
Prices quoted are valid for 7 days from the quotation date. We reserve the right to revise prices if
confirmation is delayed beyond this period.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellation Policy
Refund amounts based on cancellation notice period:
- More than 30 days before event: 80% refund of advance payment
- 15-30 days before event: 50% refund of advance payment
- 7-14 days before event: 25% refund of advance payment
- Less than 7 days: No refund (advance payment forfeited)
- Day of event or no-show: 0% refund; full amount payable
5.2 Event Postponement
If you wish to postpone your event to another date:
- You must inform us at least 14 days before the original event date
- The advance payment can be adjusted towards the new date without additional charges
- New date must be confirmed within 3 months of original booking
- Postponement is subject to availability and service confirmation
5.3 Company Cancellation
Aaru Balloons & Flowers Decoration reserves the right to cancel services under the following
circumstances:
- The final payment is not received by the specified due date
- The requested services are technically impossible, unsafe, or illegal
- The customer engages in abusive or inappropriate behavior
- Unforeseen circumstances make service delivery impossible
In such cases, a full refund of all payments received will be provided, or we will reschedule the
event at our earliest convenience without additional charges.
5.4 Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or service disruptions due to:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms, etc.)
- Government restrictions or lockdowns
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- Extreme weather conditions making setup impossible
- Venue unavailability due to circumstances beyond our control
In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule your event at the earliest possible date at no
additional cost, or provide a full refund of the advance payment.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Service Disclaimer
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality decorations
and arrangements, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or absolute client satisfaction due to:
- Venue conditions and limitations
- Weather conditions and environmental factors
- Guest behavior and event management
- Flower availability and seasonal variations
6.2 What We Are NOT Responsible For
Aaru Balloons & Flowers Decoration is not responsible for:
- Damage to the venue, existing furniture, or walls during setup
- Damage to our decorations caused by weather, guests, or venue conditions
- Loss, theft, or damage of decorations or equipment post-installation
- Injuries to guests, participants, or third parties
- Event cancellations by the client, guests, or third parties
- Perishability of flowers or materials (natural decomposition)
- Allergic reactions to flowers or materials
- Venue unavailability or access issues
6.3 Maximum Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for
indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
6.4 Photographic/Video Rights
By booking our services, you grant us permission to photograph/video our decorations at your event
for promotional and portfolio purposes. We may use these images on our website, social media, or
marketing materials.
7. User Conduct
When using our services and website, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
- Not engage in illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive behavior
- Treat our staff and team members with respect and courtesy
- Respect the intellectual property and privacy of others
- Not harass, threaten, or abuse our team members
- Not attempt to access unauthorized areas of our website
- Not share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
- Not misuse or manipulate our services
- Comply with all local laws and regulations
Violation of these conduct terms may result in:
- Immediate termination of services
- Forfeiture of advance payment
- Exclusion from future services
- Legal action as applicable
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, designs, graphics, and decorative
concepts, is the property of Aaru Balloons & Flowers Decoration or its content suppliers and is
protected
by copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit any content without our prior written
permission. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to view and print content for personal,
non-commercial use only.
You retain ownership of any personal content you submit (such as event photos or specifications). By
submitting content, you grant us perpetual permission to use it for marketing, promotional, and
portfolio purposes on our website and social media channels.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Informal Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our services, please contact us immediately with
detailed information. We will attempt to resolve the matter within 7 business days of receiving your
complaint.
9.2 Formal Mediation
If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation through a neutral third party
before pursuing legal action. The cost of mediation will be shared equally.
9.3 Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, specifically the laws applicable in
Telangana state. Any legal action or proceeding related to these terms must be brought exclusively
in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
9.4 Arbitration
For disputes exceeding the jurisdiction of consumer courts, both parties agree to binding arbitration
as per the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
10. Changes to Terms
Aaru Balloons & Flowers Decoration reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our
services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
We will notify you of significant changes via email or prominent notice on our website. It is your
